PURPOSE: A heat pump cooling/heating device using subsurface water for a green house is provided to minimize the capacity of a compressor and maximize the energy efficiency of a unit area in a green house. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump cooling/heating device using subsurface water for a green house operates as follows. The refrigerant compressed by a compressor(A) is heat-exchanged with the water supplied for heat and cold storage in a water-refrigerant heat exchanger(B). The heat-exchanged refrigerant is heat exchanged with air through an air heat exchanger and the compressor and returned to the compressor. The thermal energy of water undergoing heat and cold storage is stored in a heat and cold storage tank(E). The water with thermal energy supplied from the heat and cold storage tank is heat-exchanged with water provided to a green house through a heat and cold heat exchanger(F), thereby heating and cooling the green house through a load-side heat exchanger(G). Subsurface water and the heat of the heat and cold storage tank are used as an auxiliary heat source of the water-refrigerator heat exchanger.
