<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment for visually grasping hierarchical structure of a hierarchical menu, and for easily selecting desired items by using the history of operations performed in the past. <P>SOLUTION: In a television receiver 100, a menu information display control means makes a display part 10 display menu information stored in a storage means, and a selection history information storage means stores the selection history information of the menu information selectively operated by using a remote control device 2, and a selection history information display control means associates a final selection item in selection history information stored in the selection history information storage means with the selection items in each upper rank hierarchy of the final selection item for display, and a selectable item display control means makes the display part display the other selectable items in the upper rank hierarchy corresponding to the displayed final selection item so that one selectable item can be selected from among the selectable items displayed by the selectable item display control means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
