PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting the rotation of a seat belt buckle in a vehicle is provided to prevent a seat belt buckle from being in an upright position in a vehicle collision without reducing the rotating range of the seat belt buckle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for supporting the rotation of a seat belt buckle in a vehicle comprises a set bracket(120) and a stopper member(140). The set bracket is installed on the rear side of a seat bracket(110) and has a slit hole(121) in which a lower bucket guide pin(131) of a seat belt buckle(130) is inserted so that the seat belt buckle is supported to rotate within a predetermined angle range. The stopper member is installed in the seat bracket, rotated about a pivot shaft(141), and elastically supported by a pivot spring(142). The apparatus prevents the seat belt buckle from rotating to an upright position at the time of a vehicle collision.
