FERMENTATION MEDIUM COMPOSITION CONTAINING RUMEN CONTENT AND USE OF THEREOF

PURPOSE: A medium composition containing rumen content is provided to activate growth of Bacillus and yeast and to improve the activity of cellulase and xylanase. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for microorganism fermentation contains rumen content. The medium composition contains 20-40% of rumen content, 1-10% of molasse, 1-10% of corn starch, 1-10% of soybean powder, 20-40% of wheat bran, and 1-10% of rice bran(w/w). The enzyme activity is improved by adding Bacillus or yeast strain into the medium composition. A feed additive composition contains the fermentation composition as an active ingredient.
