PURPOSE: A distribution panel is provided to enable users to easily repair and maintain a cable by installing a voltage sensor on an inlet bushing and an outlet bushing. CONSTITUTION: A distribution panel comprises the following: an upmost cutout including an inlet bushing(28) and an outlet bushing(26); a housing including a conductive tulip connector; a voltage sensor(30) included in the inlet and outlet bushings; a capacitance sensor contacted to a live wire condition display; and an LED lamp emitting light by a signal from the capacitance sensor.
