An RTC(Real Time Controller) control circuit is provided to minimize unpredicted mismatching possibility by simple timing control. In an RTC(Real Time Controller) control circuit, a main storing part(10) records corresponding time element information. A temp storing part(20) is written with time element information inputted from the outside. A storing part selector(30) selects one of an output signal of the main storing part and an output signal of the temp storing part. An increasing unit(50) increases a latch value of the storing part selector by 1 when a predetermined increasing condition is satisfied. A selection controller(40) generates a signal for controlling selection operation of the storing part selector. An input stage selector(60) selects one of an initial value or the selected value of the storing part selector, as an input stage signal of the storing flip flop.
