PURPOSE: A wire rod winding device is provided to prevent scratch on a wire rod being coiled and improve the quality of products. CONSTITUTION: A wire rod winding device(100) comprises a device body(200), a rotating unit(300), a wire rod winding unit(400), and a vibration preventing unit(500). The rotating unit includes a rotary drum(310) which is rotated inside the device body. The wire rod winding unit includes a fork member(410) which is connected to the rotary drum and rotates with the rotary drum to coil a wire rod. The vibration preventing unit is connected to the fork member and prevents the vibration of the fork member during coiling of the wire rod.
