A lens barrier apparatus which includes a barrier base; an interlocking ring configured to rotate with respect to the barrier base; a pair of driving vanes, each of which is configured to be rotatably mounted to the barrier base, and each of which is configured to be rotatably moved from an open position to a closed position by movement of the interlocking ring; and a pair of reacting vanes each of which is rotatably mounted to the barrier base, and each of which is configured to rotate from the closed position to the open position by movement of a respective driving vane of the pair of driving vanes. |
