PATTERN ROLLER HAVING MICRO PATTERN GROOVE AND PRINTING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF GRAVURE

PURPOSE: An electrotype roller which includes a fine pattern part, a gravure printing apparatus using the same, and a printing method thereof are provided to include a first pattern part and a second pattern part on the electrotype roller, thereby uniformly printing with a pattern with a 10μm or less line width. CONSTITUTION: A pattern part(P) comprises a first pattern part(P1) and one or more second pattern parts(P2). The first pattern part is formed into a concave groove shape on the outer surface of an electrotype roller(100). The second pattern part is formed into a concave groove shape on the bottom surface of the first pattern part. The second pattern part has a width(W2) narrower then the width(W1) of the first pattern part. The second pattern part is filled with conductive ink which is injected into the first pattern part by being pressurized with a pressurization roller.
