PURPOSE: A condenser device, a solid electrolytic condenser, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an anode terminal and a cathode terminal from being damaged due to an external impact by forming a strength reinforcement member. CONSTITUTION: A condenser device(100) includes a chip body(110), an anode terminal contact layer(120), an insulation layer(130), and a cathode layer(140). The anode terminal contact layer includes resin materials. A cathode withdrawing layer(210) is formed on one side of the condenser device. A strength reinforcement member(240) prevents an anode terminal(230) and a cathode terminal(220) from being damaged due to an external impact. The strength reinforcement member is attached to the lower side of the condenser device by a liquid encapsulant(250).
