PURPOSE: A method for measuring heavy water control system reactivity is provided to increase the usability of power generating station by reducing the characteristic test time about the low output atom by using a neutron detection signal. CONSTITUTION: The water level control of a liquid area control system is passively set up. The water level control testing method of the liquid area control system is selected. The reaction value is measured before changing a water level. The ordinary water level of the liquid area control system is changed. The reaction degree is measured after changing the water level. The reactor power and reactivity are compensated. The liquid area control system is compared with the fixed water level.
