PURPOSE: A breaker transferring apparatus for a distribution panel is provided to stably insert and discharge a circuit breaker by moving a mounting rail for mounting the circuit breaker by manual. CONSTITUTION: A breaker transferring apparatus for a distribution panel comprises the following: a frame unit(7) including first and second frames(3) facing each other; mounting rails(25, 27) capable of moving to the upward and downward directions, mounting a circuit breaker; a transfer unit(13) transferring the mounting rails; a fixing unit(15) fixing the frame unit to the combination location inside a circuit-breaker chamber; and a roller(17) moving the frame unit.
