PURPOSE: A mobile coupon payment method and web server therefor are provided to enable only initial issuer to use a mobile coupon by materially blocking the online transaction of mobile coupons. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(210) receives identification number proposed by a portable terminal including a mobile coupon from a provider terminal. A transmission unit(290) transmits the authentication number of the portable terminal corresponding to identification number. The reception unit receives a mobile coupon payment approval request message including the authentication number from the user terminal. An authentication unit(230) matches the authentication number included in the received mobile coupon payment approval request message with the authentication number transmitted by the portable terminal in order to confirm the authentication number.
