PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a multi-layer substrate is provided to minimize the influence due to the contraction ratio difference between layers at stacking and compressing different kinds of green sheet, and to utilize the properties of each green sheet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a multi-layer substrate comprises: a step of laminating a first green sheet(102) and a second green sheet(104) to be overlapped of a part of the green sheets; a step of pressing the first green sheet and the second green sheet; and a step of plasticizing the first green sheet and the second green sheet.
