PH-SENSITIVE POLYMERSOME AND PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pH-sensitive copolymer and a polymersome using the same are provided to express sustained release according to pH condition in human body. CONSTITUTION: A pH-sensitive polymersome contains copolymers including 10-70 wt% of poly(beta-amino ester), 30-80 wt% of polylactic acid-based compounds, and 1-10 wt% of polyethylene glycol-based compounds. The molar ratio of the poly(beta-amino ester) compounds, polylactic acid-based compounds, and polyethylene glycol-based compounds is 10:24:1-10:5:1. The polymersomes contain copolymers including biocompatible and pH-sensitive compounds(A), hydrophilic and biodegradable compounds(B), and hydrophobic and biodegradable compounds(C).
