PURPOSE: A hydro roll rod having improved vibration damping effect is provided to improve the damping effect for various directions of vibrations through applying the hydro damping structure and the change of the shape of a rear insulator. CONSTITUTION: A hydro roll rod having improved vibration damping effect comprises a rod(10), a front insulator, a rear insulator(30), a body bracket(20), a through bolt(40). The rod connects a power train and a car body. The front insulator is located and fixed in the connection part. The rear insulator is connected to one side of a rod into one body. The ends of the rear insulator are connected to other portions in the body bracket respectively. The body bracket is formed into cylindrical shape covering the external surface of the rear insulator and fixed to the car body. The through bolt passing through the rear insulator and the body bracket is connected to the rod.
