PURPOSE: A packing box partition wall, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to divide one material into multiple partitioned spaces without wasting by cutting or attaching. CONSTITUTION: A packing box partition wall comprises the following: a pair of inner panels(110) folded toward each other and attached by using a first adhesion unit; a pair of outer panels(130) extended from both sides of the inner panels, and attached to the inner panels using a second adhesion unit; a partition piece(150) cut from the inner panels for connecting the inner panels to the outer panels for forming partitioned spaces; and an expansion piece(160) forming the partitioned spaces on the outside of the outer panels. The inner panels and the outer panels include buffering protrusions.
