<p>PURPOSE: An organic/inorganic composite environmentally-friendly repairing material mortar composition and a repairing method using thereof are provided to enhance crude steel property, contraction/crack resistance, and cohesive property by including binder, filler, and functional admixture in a proper ratio. CONSTITUTION: An organic/inorganic composite environmentally-friendly repairing material mortar composition comprises 35-40 weight% of binder, 53-59 weight% of filler, and 5.83-7.23 weight% of admixture. The admixture is a high early strength agent and comprises 0.8-1.5 weight% of CSA, 0.3-1.0 weight% of setting retarder, 0.03 weight% of superplasticizer, 0.35-0.45 weight% of thickening agent, 2.0-2.5 weight% of PVA polymer resin, and 1.65-2.45 weight% of powder typed PVA polymer resin. A repairing method comprises next steps: mixing binder with admixture; mixing filler and water with the mixed material; removing foreign materials of repairing base surface of the concrete structure; installing repairing mortar on the repair base surface; and surface finishing and spreading and curing protecting materials.</p> |
