LNG SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR DUAL FUEL ENGINE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) supply system and a method for a dual-fuel engine are provided to reduce production costs without a treatment device for evaporative gases by storing the LNG in a pressure storage tank for a long time with a same insulation capacity. CONSTITUTION: A LNG supply system and a method for a dual-fuel engine(100) comprises a pressure storage tank(110), supply lines(120), a LNG pump(130), a bypass line(140) and a vaporizer(150). The LNG is stored in the pressure storage tank with an atmospheric pressure state. The pressure storage tank permits an increase of inner pressures. The supply lines the LNG to the dual-fuel engine from the pressure storage tank. The LNG pump is installed in the supply lines and pressurize the LNG. The bypass valve(141) opening and closing a flow of the LNG is installed in the bypass line.
