PURPOSE: A cover locking apparatus of a portable terminal is provided to enable a cover locking apparatus of a portable terminal to be hidden inside a main body of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A cover locking device of a portable terminal includes a main body(20), a battery cover(21), and a locking unit. The locking unit detaches a batter cover from the main body. An unlocking part of the battery cover is hidden inside the main body. The locking unit includes a holding unit and a locker(22). The locking unit is combined with a holding unit.
