PURPOSE: A pipe handle for coupling a tool and a method for forming a fixing unit of the pipe handle are provided to prevent the separation of a plug inserted from the end of a pipe handle and ensure the airtight coupling of a tool coupled in the reverse direction of the pipe handle. CONSTITUTION: A pipe handle(10) comprises one or more resin injection holes(14) through which resin(S) for forming a fixing unit is injected from one side, a plug(16) which is inserted into one end of the pipe handle to limit and support the resin injected through the resin injection holes, and a fixing unit(12) which is formed by covering the exterior of the pipe handle with the resin to a fixed thickness to support the plug.
