APPARATUS FOR FITTING A WRAPPING TUBE ON COIL SPRING

PURPOSE: A biaxial rotation coil spring tube assembly device is provided to assemble a protective tube having determined diameter to various kinds of springs along the winding direction of a spring. CONSTITUTION: A biaxial rotation coil spring tube assembly device comprises a frame(10), a spring mount(20), a spring holding unit(30), a tube feeding unit(40). The spring mount is installed in the center of the frame to be rotated by a rotating unit. The spring mount comprises a fixture. The fixture supports the bottom of a spring. The spring holding unit fixes and supports a spring placed on the spring mount. The tube feeding unit moves a pair of feeding rollers(45,46) to the upper end of a spring held and sixed by the spring holding unit. The tube feeding unit couples a tube to a spring by the rotation power of a feeding roller while the pair of feeding rollers are adhered to a tube on the spring.
