PURPOSE: A data service providing method and data service providing system thereof are provided to enable a user to receive the discount of communication service fees by adding messages to advertisement content. CONSTITUTION: Content which is able to use services is selected(S220). Data occurrence rates generated by a user and data allocation rates allocated in the content are compared from each other(S230). The service for the data generated by the user is executed based on comparing results. When the service is executed, the data for executing the service is transmitted to an external server(S240). The data for executing the service includes the selected content.
