PURPOSE: A method for optimally analyzing an external sub compartment outside a nuclear reactor building when a main water supply pipe of a nuclear power plant is damaged is provided to optimize a discharging amount. CONSTITUTION: A discharging amount is calculated when a main water supply pipe(60) is damaged. It is determined whether a main water supply adjusting valve(65) is closed. A plurality of water supply pumps(90) is stopped. A damaged location of the main water supply pipe is determined. A discharging amount is calculated when a water supply pipe is damaged.
