PURPOSE: A watching fatigued reduction method and apparatus thereof are provided to create less fatigue images by controlling a distance between a left lens and a right lens. CONSTITUTION: An acquisition unit(141) acquires the feature point of a left eye image and the feature point of a right eye image. A detection unit(142) detects a time difference between the left eye image and the right eye image. A control unit(143) controls a distance between a left lens(120) and a right lens(130) in order to control the time difference. The control unit moves the left eye image or the right eye image in order to locate a specific object within the left eye image and the right eye image.
