PURPOSE: A pants type half bath device is provided to enable a user to enjoy half bath while freely moving and to rapidly fill half bath pants with warm water. CONSTITUTION: A pants type half bath device comprises: a spring groove in which a spring type groove is formed to the bottom from the top in order to circulate warm water inside the half bath pants; a liner(10) which is equipped with an inlet port injecting warm water into the spring groove; a middle cover(20) which is equipped with a hotwire; and an outer cover(30) which is bonded with the middle cover and is made of a synthetic fiber material.
