摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An inertial control device and a method for a blade of a wind turbine using fluids are provided to reduce noises and vibrations generated form the blade by controlling the inertia with changing a weight of the blade according to an operation state of the blade. CONSTITUTION: An inertial control device and a method for a blade(10) of a wind turbine using fluids comprise an auxiliary fluid tank(11), an auxiliary valve(12), a sensor(13), a fluid feeding unit(20) and a control unit(30). At least more than one auxiliary fluid tank is installed inside the blade. The auxiliary valve controls a flow of the fluids injected or discharged to the auxiliary fluid tank. The sensor detects an operation state and external environments of the blade. The fluid feeding unit injects or discharges the fluids to control the inside flow rate of the auxiliary fluid tank and to make the inertia changed. The control unit controls the flow rate of the auxiliary fluid tank based on a sensing result of the sensor to reduce noise and vibrations generated from the blade.</p>
