PURPOSE: A tablet cassette in a medicine packing apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided to easily solve the congestion of tablets inside a cassette. CONSTITUTION: A tablet cassette in a medicine packing apparatus comprises a cartridge(11), a vibrator mounting groove(26), a vibrator(40), and a cartridge supporting board(50). A space for receiving tablets is prepared in the cartridge. The cartridge is equipped with a discharging unit for discharging tablets. The vibrator mounting groove is formed in the bottom surface of the cartridge. In the cartridge supporting board, the cartridge is loaded.
