PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing benproperine derivatives is provided to suppress cancer cell migration and to prevent and treat diseases caused by abnormal angiogenesis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating angiogenesis-related diseases contains benproperine derivatives of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The benproperine derivative is benproperine of chemical formula 2, 3-hydroxybenproperine of chemical formula 3, or 2-hydroxybenproperine of chemical formula 4. The salt includes phosphate benproperine, sodium benproperine, potassium benproperine, or magnesium benproperine. The pharmaceutical composition additionally contains an anticancer agent.
