PURPOSE: A prefabricated steel beam for a long span structure and a steel frame using the same are provided to implement a long span structure, thereby reducing the height of a layer and the amount of steel materials. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated steel beam for a long span structure comprises end members, a center member(12), and a plurality of stubs(13). The center member has a smaller height than the end members and is coupled between the end members. The stubs are coupled at an interval to the top of the center member so that the top surface is flush with the top surfaces of the end members.
