PURPOSE: A metal brush plastic card is provided to has a metal texture of silver line and to ensure high quality of the card. CONSTITUTION: A metal brush plastic card has a metal brush layer(1) having a metal feeling of silver line at the upper portion of the plastic board(100); and a lower print layer, a lower adhesive layer applied on the under surface of the plastic board, and a lower overlay layer having an attached magnetic tape(160) on the upper portion of the plastic board. The metal brush layer comprises a PVC layer(11), an aluminum deposition layer(13), a transparent zinc sulfide deposition layer(14), a PET layer(15), an upper print layer(17), and an upper overlay layer(19). |
