PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly synthesis method of spirooxyindole derivatives is provided to quickly and efficiently prepare the derivatives. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic method of spirooxyindole derivatives comprises a step of reacting isatin, malononitrile, and 1,3-dicarbonyl compound in water under the presence of ethylene diamine diacetate. The method comprises: a step mixing isatin, malononitrile, and 1,3-dicarbonyl compound in water to prepare a mixture; a step of adding ethylene diamine diacetate to the mixture; a step of stirring at 50-70°C for 1-4 hours and cooling at room temperature; and a step of filtering, washing and drying.
