PURPOSE: A touch screen is provided to exactly measure a coordinate by measuring the change of electrostatic capacity due to the generation of the parasitic capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent electrode(121) formed on one side of a transparent substrate detects the change of the electrostatic capacity when a touch is inputted. A display unit(130) is placed facing the transparent substrate. A second transparent electrode(122) formed on one side of the display unit senses the change of the resistance or voltage by being attached to the first transparent electrode. A bonding layer(140) adheres the outside of the display unit and the transparent substrate. A dot spacer(142) is formed on the first or the second transparent electrode.
