PURPOSE: A ternary content addressable memory minimizing a data loss is provided to reduce power consumption by decreasing the number of transistors. CONSTITUTION: A storage cell unit(110) includes a first transistor and a second transistor which save data. A fourth transistor blocks a refresh signal inputted to a source of a second transistor. A fifth transistor blocks a first comparison data signal or a first retention signal inputted to a source of a first transistor according to an activation state.
