PURPOSE: A conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decrease a non-display area by forming electrode wires on a vertical plane with a multilayered structure. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(20) is made of transparent conductive materials and is located on the upper side of a base member(10). The transparent electrode is formed in a display region(R1). An electrode wire is formed in a non-display area(R2). The electrode wire comprises a wiring unit(34) and an insulation unit(32).
