PURPOSE: A welding strain analysis method is provided to calculate welding strain according to each welding strain rate in multi-pass welding of assembled blocks and apply the welding strain to the modeling of a welded part structure, thereby effectively analyzing welding strain. CONSTITUTION: A welding strain analysis method comprises the steps of: modeling welded part structures of assembled blocks(S102), determining temperature gradients according to the multi-pass welding of the assembled blocks(S104), calculating strain rates according to the determined temperature gradients(S106), calculating substitution parametric values using the strain rates as weighted values(S108), calculating a welding strain degree using the substitution parametric values(S110), and analyzing welding strain by applying the welding strain degree to the modeling of welded part structures(S112).
