PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus is provided to simplify the installation structure by comprising a reflecting body, a light source, a circuit part, and a power supply connector as integrated module. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting body(110) reflects the light irradiated from a light source(120). The reflecting body comprises an opening(112). The opening is formed to penetrating through the lower part of the reflecting body. The reflecting body is made of the material reflecting the light irradiated from the light source. The light source irradiates the light to the reflecting body. The light source comprises at least one of the LED module or the OLED module. A mounting unit(130) is arranged in the aperture side of the reflecting body.
