PURPOSE: An information processing apparatus, three dimensional display method, and program thereof are provided to correspond depth directions of a three dimensional image by moving the location of the three dimensional image based on a distance between a adjacent location and a marking location. CONSTITUTION: A determination unit(42) determines a location located on a determination surface corresponding to a connection point between the determination surface and a part of an operating member. A definition unit(46) defines a first marking location of a first three dimensional image. A creating unit creates a second three dimensional image by responding to the connection point. A control unit(44) creates a signal for displaying the second three dimensional image on a second marking location and for displaying the first three dimensional image on the first marking location.
