HEAD LAMP ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A head lamp assembly and a controlling method thereof are provided to reduce the danger of a traffic accident by maintaining visibility about a front road. CONSTITUTION: A rotation control unit determines an irradiation direction of head lamps which are individually controlled. A light emitting unit is formed in each head lamp and emits light. A shielding unit(200) is located in front of the light emitting unit and includes a plurality of shield protrusions(230,232,234) which partially block light. A shield driving unit forms a preset beam pattern corresponding to a surrounding situation of the vehicle.
