PURPOSE: A geogrid and apparatus for manufacturing a geogrid and a manufacturing method thereof using the apparatus are provided to prevent the separation of a contact point of a weft member and a warp member by an external force. CONSTITUTION: Apparatus for manufacturing a geogrid comprises an extrusion machine(110), a cooler(120), a punching machine(140), a base material supplier(150), a bonding pin molding unit(160), and a winder(170). The extrusion machine molding a melted and mulled resin to base metal by passing the resin through a die(111-2) for forming. The punching machine forms a hole with constant gap along longitudinal direction of the base material exhausted from the cooler. The base material supplier supplies separate base material to a bonding pin molding unit. The bonding pin molding unit completes and exhausts a geogrid(1). The winder winds the geogrid exhausted through the pin molding unit.
