PURPOSE: A running water power generator with optimized energy outputs is provided to generate power continuously, and use wind power and water power at the same time for power generations. CONSTITUTION: A running water power generator with optimized energy outputs comprises a lift, a buoyancy sensor, a cover(30). A hydraulic turbine(11) is installed in the lift. Auxiliary blades having ribs are installed on edge portions between hydraulic turbine blades(12). The buoyancy sensor is installed on the top of the lift. The buoyancy sensor moves the lift above and below. The floating unit is protruded downward to the water Horizontal ribs(32) are installed on an opposite of a part of a cover where the ribs(31) are installed. The wind enters into the horizontal ribs horizontally.
