PURPOSE: A hot-rolled steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the aging resistance, formability, and platability of a hot-rolled steel sheet by optimizing steel components, hot rolling processes, and shot blasting conditions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet comprises a step of shot-blasting shot balls of 0.10-0.40mm at injection speed of 40-60m/sec to the surface of a hot-rolled steel sheet made from steel which comprises C(Carbon) of 0.001-0.006wt.%, Mn(Manganese) of 0.05-0.5wt.%, P(Phosphorus) of 0.003wt.% or less(except 0%), S(Sulfur) of 0.020wt.% or less(except 0%), Al(Aluminum) of 0.03-0.10wt.%, N(Nitrogen) of 0.001-0.004wt.%, and Fe(Iron) and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.
