PURPOSE: A switching element having a dual coil is provided to reduce the manufacture cost and the size of a relay by simply constituting the circuit of the relay and to reduce the power consumption of a battery car. CONSTITUTION: One end of a first resistor(203) is connected to a current source terminal. One end of a first coil(209) is connected to one end of the first resistor. One end of a second resistor is connected to one end of the first resistor. One end of a capacitor(204) is connected to the other end of the first resistor. One end of a third resistor is connected to the other end of the capacitor. A fourth resistor is connected between the other end of the third resistor and a ground terminal. A gate terminal is connected to the other end of the third resistor. A drain terminal is connected to the other end of the first coil. A source terminal is connected to the ground terminal.
