THIOCOUMARIN COMPOUNDS HAVING SELECTIVITY FOR M-CHLOROPERBENZOIC ACID AND METHOD FOR MONITORING M-CHLOROPERBENZOIC ACID USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A sensor containing thiocoumarin-based compounds with meta-chloroperbenzoic acid selectivity is provided to enhance fluorescence intensity and to detect meta-chloroperbenzoic acid with naked eyes. CONSTITUTION: A thiocoumarin-based compounds with meta-chloroperbenzoic acid is denoted by chemical formula 1. A composition for detecting meta-chloroperbenzoic acid contains the compound. A method for detecting meta-chloroperbenzoic acid comprises a step of reacting a sample with the compound of chemical formula 1 at pH 4.0-9.0 and a step of measuring meta-chloroperbenzoic acid signalization by absorbance ratio(A406/A324).
