PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to have excellent device life time because of excellent luminous efficiency, and to manufacture an organic light emitting diode device with improved power efficiency by improving power efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is in chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more of organic material layers inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic material layer comprises one or more of the organic electroluminescent compound and one or more phosphorescent dopant. And the organic material layer comprises a light-emitting layer and a charge-generating layer, and conducting white light emission by comprising one or more organic electroluminescent layer capable of blue, red, or green light emitting.
