<p>PURPOSE: A heterogeneous network connection switching system and a method thereof are provided to efficiently transit data traffic on a network operation side. CONSTITUTION: A terminal unit(100) changes a access network(10) according to a received network change policy. A policy related unit(200) recognizes an application which is executed in the specific terminal unit. The policy related unit generates a network change policy corresponding to the recognized application based on defined application-based policy setting information. The policy related unit supplies the network change policy to the specific terminal.</p> |
