<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fertilizer based on food waste is provided to improve the quality of the fertilizer and to prevent the generation of bad odor from the food waste by adding a bad odor adsorbing/deodorizing material to the food waste. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fertilizer based on food waste includes the following: impurities are eliminated from the food waste; the food waste is ground; a bad odor adsorbing/deodorizing material is added into the ground food waste; the food waste is decomposed using microorganisms in a fermenting bath of an anaerobic environment; the food waste is decomposed using microorganisms in a fermenting bath in which anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria are propagated; the wastewater is separated; the separated wastewater is re-transferred to the decomposing process to accelerate fermentation; and the fermented product is heat-dried.</p> |
