A control valve assembly of an electronic control power steering apparatus is provided to minimize defects by replacing an anti-leakage unit, which has a display unit to determine an installation state, with an O-ring. A control valve assembly includes a valve housing. The valve housing has a hollow shape so that power of an input shaft(110) and a pinion shaft(130) is transmitted. A coupling unit is provided at an outer circumference of the valve housing. A flow rate adjusting unit(190) is coupled to the coupling unit. The coupling unit is provided at each edge thereof with a coupling hole coupled to a spool valve(170). A leakage valve unit is mounted on the valve housing in order to prevent oil from leaking.
