PURPOSE: A bending sensor device is provided to measure a vertical deflection of a bridge regardless of states under and above the bridge and a plurality of bending sensors can be can be installed with one cable because multiplexing is possible. CONSTITUTION: A bending sensor device(1) comprises a bending unit(7), an external protective tube fixing bar(6), a connection rod fixing bar(12), an external protective tube(3), and a bending sensor connecting rod. An optical fiber strain sensor(2) or electric resistivity strain gauge is fixed and installed in the bending unit. When physical quantities of a deflection, a subsidence, and an inclination are changed a bending is occurred so that the bending unit formed. The external protective tube fixing bar is respectively fixed and installed in right and left sides of the bending unit. The connection rod fixing bars are respectively projected to outside of the external protective tube fixing bar. The external protective tube fixing bar controls an angle changed by bending, thereby preventing the sensor from being damaged. The bending sensor connecting rod is fixed and installed in the connection rod fixing bar.
