PURPOSE: A welding bead inspection apparatus and a control method thereof, a welding bead inspection control server and a control method thereof, and a welding bead inspection control system are provided to efficiently manage and utilize the status information of welding beads because a control server wirelessly receives the welding bead status information from a plurality of inspection devices. CONSTITUTION: A welding bead inspection apparatus(100) comprises a welding status measuring unit(130), a computing unit(140), a communication unit(150), a memory(170), and a control unit(110). The welding status measuring unit measures the dimension of welding beads. The computing unit obtains welding status information from data of the welding status measuring unit. The communication unit wirelessly communicates with a server. The memory stores identity information for identification of devices. The control unit transmits the identity information to the server, receives setting information corresponding to the identity information, and stores the information in the memory.
